Refund Policy
LAST_UPDATED: 2026-05-01
We want you to get value from Taploop. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription plans
- 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are a new paying customer on a monthly or annual plan and are not satisfied within 14 days of your first charge, contact us for a full refund of that initial payment.
- Monthly plans after the guarantee window: Charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans after the guarantee window: We may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion if you cancel due to a documented service issue we cannot resolve.
2. Results-based and CPA / marketplace fees
Charges for results-based products (such as the affiliate / CPA marketplace, referral rewards, and pay-per-conversion campaigns) reflect actions delivered to you. They are non-refundable once a qualifying event has been recorded, except in cases of verified fraud, duplicate billing, or platform error. Disputed events should be raised within 30 days through your dashboard.
3. Add-ons, credits & usage
AI usage credits, message bundles, and add-ons are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire as stated at purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your workspace name and the invoice number. We usually respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws, including (where applicable) EU/UK rights of withdrawal for digital services.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
