Programs and eligibility
Taploop operates an affiliate program and a social creator program. Approval is discretionary and applies only to the person, business, websites, channels, and promotion methods recorded on the approved application.
Partners must keep identity, contact, channel ownership, audience, country, tax, and payout information accurate. Access may be paused while information is reviewed.
Attribution and qualifying activity
Taploop records qualifying referrals through approved links, campaign identifiers, content identifiers, SubIDs, and coupons. An order qualifies only when it satisfies the active attribution rule, product eligibility, country, timing, customer, fraud, refund, and program requirements.
The applied attribution rule and version are stored with the order. Platform views and engagement do not independently prove a sale.
Commissions, fees, and adjustments
Rates, fixed content fees, bonuses, usage-rights fees, caps, and qualification windows are shown in the partner workspace or accepted campaign terms. Taploop does not promise a universal rate or payout schedule.
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, self-purchases, policy violations, or ineligible orders may create a separate reversal or withholding entry. Original ledger entries remain part of the record.
Payouts and holds
Payable earnings are released only after applicable refund, fraud, compliance, verification, budget, and payment holds expire. Minimums, currency, supported destinations, withholding, and expected processing dates appear in the workspace.
Partners are responsible for correct payout and tax information. Taploop may hold a payout when identity, disclosure, content ownership, account control, or payment details require review.
Partner conduct
Partners must use approved claims, identify their commercial relationship, respect trademarks and content rights, and avoid misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, spam, impersonation, fabricated testimonials, unauthorized bidding, self-referrals, or manipulation.
Taploop may request evidence, pause links or coupons, remove campaign access, reverse ineligible earnings, suspend an account, or terminate participation with a recorded reason.
