Scope and store role

Taploop operates an independent digital storefront and marketplace. Catalog and guide pages provide product information; an available offer provides the seller, price, access, delivery, restriction, and remedy facts for a possible purchase. Third-party providers do not operate Taploop unless expressly stated.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, use an email you control, protect authentication methods, and do not use another person’s account or payment method without permission. Account access can be limited where fraud, security, legal, payment, or policy review is required.

Offers, prices, and availability

Availability, seller, inventory, plan, price, currency, discounts, taxes, service fees, and product facts can change before payment. The server-checked final quote shown for acceptance controls the order. Marketing examples, comparison prices, and membership examples are not a promise that every product has the same discount or availability.

Payment and digital delivery

Checkout may use Stripe or another provider shown before payment. Taploop does not receive full card numbers or CVCs from hosted Stripe checkout. Digital delivery can use a key, account invitation, instructions, or another listed method. Follow the order and activation guidance before changing or redeeming access.

Buyer responsibilities and acceptable use

  • Confirm compatibility, region, platform, device, account, duration, and restrictions before payment.
  • Do not resell, transfer, share, automate, reverse engineer, abuse, or use access contrary to the listing, provider rules, or law.
  • Do not attempt fraud, duplicate claims, unauthorized payments, false evidence, security testing without permission, or circumvention of regional or platform controls.
  • Keep delivered secrets private and report suspected compromise promptly.

Support, refunds, and replacements

Use the order-linked process described in the protection information and refund and replacement policy. Outcomes depend on the purchased offer, order state, evidence, seller responsibility, payment state, and mandatory rights; no universal remedy is guaranteed.

Third-party services and intellectual property

Third-party provider terms, accounts, platforms, availability, and technical rules may apply separately. Product names, logos, content, and trademarks remain the property of their owners. A listing does not grant rights beyond the product or license described in the order.

Service limits, changes, and mandatory rights

Taploop may correct inaccurate content, suspend unsafe activity, pause checkout, remove unavailable offers, or update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless law or an accepted agreement requires otherwise.

These operational terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review and published legal-business contact details before they should be treated as a complete legal launch package.
